1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" — The 88abd website, where casino games, sports betting, and other services are operated.

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any pending bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.

At the time of registration, the member must provide completely truthful and up-to-date personal information. If false or misleading information is provided, the authority reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The member is fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to the authority immediately. The member is responsible for all activity carried out from their own account.

The 88abd platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep user information secure. However, the user is responsible for ensuring the security of their own device and network.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

New members can receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. For a ৳42,000 deposit, a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless the authority explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on approved games — certain games or categories may be excluded.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

The 88abd VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. For newly active players.
• Silver — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. For members who show consistent activity.
• Gold — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback. For highly active and trusted members.

The criteria for advancing to a higher VIP tier are determined by activity and participation on the platform. The authority reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time. When cashback is transferred to an account, the applicable terms must be met before it can be withdrawn.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

88abd is committed to maintaining a safe and fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
• Operating games using fraudulent methods or software.
• Gaining unfair advantages through unethical collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.

If the authority detects such activities, the account will be closed immediately and the authority reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming
